spanning 26 years, with more than 20 national & international patents in various stages with expertise in
Innovation Strategy, Innovation & Intrapreneurship for Business, IP & Patents, Converting ideas to new
Products and Services, Technical Leadership Coaching and Innovation Competence Management.
Koushik has served in
As the Chief Innovator and Co-Founder of PRASU, Mr Koushik advises major companies such as Bosch, Continental, General Motors, Mercedes Benz, Volvo etc. on Innovation & also links academia and Industry through workshops and a syllabus for academia.
A regular speaker in India and abroad including, MIT Emerging Technology Conference, PMI, IEEE, CII Business Excellence, IIT-Gandhinagar, IIeX Europe, 2017, Koushik has written articles and research papers & coauthored a book titled ‘A Conversation with the Innovator in You’.
As a IEEE volunteer Koushik is the board member of Technology and Engineering Management society, Chair of TEMS India, Bangalore and IEEE Bangalore 2018 among other leadership roles.
Koushik is a leadership coach and is also a cartoonist, sportsman, actor, among other things.
